YOMARI („აპლიკაცია", „ჩვენ") ქართული ბანქოს თამაშების აპლიკაციაა. ეს წესები აპლიკაციის გამოყენებას არეგულირებს. ანგარიშის შექმნით ან თამაშით ეთანხმები ამ წესებს და კონფიდენციალურობის პოლიტიკას.

YOMARI (“the app”, “we”) is a Georgian card-game app. These terms govern your use of it. By creating an account or playing you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

Playing requires an account (name, e-mail, password) or signing in with Google or Apple. The app is not directed at children under 13.
One person, one account; one e-mail address, one account.
You are responsible for your account. Do not share your password.
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account.

2. Conduct at the table. Zero tolerance

There are two ways you reach other people in the app: the name you choose and the table chat. One rule covers both: abusive, obscene, threatening, hateful or sexual content, and content that exposes another person's private information, is prohibited. There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users.

The chat automatically filters known profanity in Georgian, Georgian typed in Latin letters, Russian and English. A filtered message never reaches the table.
You can block any player: long-press their message at the table, or use their profile or your friends list. A blocked player's messages, friend requests and invitations no longer reach you. Blocks are lifted from the Friends tab.
You can report any message, name or behaviour. Reports go to support and are reviewed: offending content is removed and the player is muted or their account closed.
We may remove content and close accounts that break this rule without notice.

3. Coins

Coins are virtual. They have no monetary value and cannot be bought, exchanged or cashed out.
Coins only work inside the game: entering a match and winning one. We grant them free on sign-up and through the daily bonus.
Amounts, bonuses and costs may change. Coins lost when an account is closed or deleted are not compensated.

4. Fair play

Bots, scripts, multiple accounts or any other means of gaining an advantage, moving coins or abusing the service are prohibited.
A match you abandon counts as lost under the rules described in the app.

5. The service

The service is provided as is. There may be interruptions, changes and discontinuation. To the extent the law allows, we accept no liability for lost data or for the outcome of a game.
For the app downloaded from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not a sponsor of, and is not involved in, this game.

6. Changes

If these terms change, the date above is updated; significant changes are also announced in the app. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
